Why this exists....
Most of the women I work with are capable and proactive. They care about their health and they invest in it.
What tends to undo progress isn’t lack of effort, it's a lack of consistency.
The Collective is designed to help you move away from short bursts of motivation and into steady, consistent progress.
Rather than starting over every few weeks, you have ongoing support, guidance, and structure so your energy levels, resilience, and metabolic health keep moving in the right direction.

What it helps you do.....
✨ Stay consistent with habits that protect your energy levels and resilience
✨ Understand what your blood results actually mean (and what to do about them)
✨Catch subtle changes early rather than months later
✨Feel reassured you're on the right track
✨Build connections with other like-minded women who value their health
It’s calm oversight rather than firefighting, and over time, that steadiness builds confidence.

I’m Claire Thomas, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, NLP Practitioner, Phlebotomist and former Nurse with over 20 years experience in healthcare.
I know what it’s like to feel utterly drained, pushing through the day while wondering if I’d ever feel like myself again. I’ve been there, physically exhausted, emotionally worn down, and carrying the pressure to keep going for everyone else.
That’s why I now support busy, capable women, like you to increase their energy levels using evidence-based nutrition, mindset coaching, and practical, sustainable tools that actually work.
My own recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome taught me this: transformation doesn’t start with an overhaul, it starts with small, steady steps and strong foundations.
And that’s exactly what this membership will help you create.

Not sure where to start?
If you’re new, or not ready for testing → Foundation is the best place to begin
If you want to understand what’s going on → Core gives you that clarity
If you want more personalised support and accountability → Plus offers a higher level of input
Most clients start with Foundation and move into Core when they’re ready for a deeper approach.
Disclaimer This membership is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please consult with your healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your diet or lifestyle, especially if you have underlying health conditions. Results may vary, and the course is intended to provide guidance and support, but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
The membership includes either one (Core) or two (Plus) comprehensive blood tests per year. These panels assess key markers linked to energy, metabolic health and overall wellbeing, including: Full blood count, Iron status, Hormone markers, Advanced thyroid function, Lipid profile, Liver and kidney markers, Glucose regulation, Vitamin D, B12, magnesium and folate.
Tests are designed to give meaningful oversight rather than just tick boxes. If additional testing is clinically indicated, we would discuss this separately. All blood results are reviewed by a GP at Peninsula Private Medical before being discussed with you, and a copy is sent to your NHS GP for continuity of care.
For those clients who have previously worked with me, it'll be either 6 or 12 months after the last blood test, depending on which level you choose. For new clients, the blood test will take place after you join the membership.
Blood tests are carried out in clinic (Waterloo Court, Waterloo Cross) or at an agreed location if appropriate, with an additional fee. Further details are provided on joining.
Reset Retreats take place in person at Waterloo Court, Waterloo Cross.
Yes. Both Nourish & Connect and the Nourished Seasonal Reset are delivered online, making them accessible wherever you are. Nourish & Connect is a live monthly session focused on education, discussion and accountability. The Nourished Seasonal Reset runs quarterly and provides structured guidance and recipes to help you reset your rhythm.
All blood results are reviewed by a GP at Peninsula Private Medical prior to your consultation with me. This ensures medical oversight and clinical safety. Following review, your results are also shared with your registered NHS GP for continuity of care. This collaborative model protects both you and the quality of care.
This depends on the membership level you choose. Foundation is a flexible monthly membership with no minimum term, so you can join and leave as needed. Core and Plus are structured 12-month memberships. This allows us to take a longer-term approach to your health, including blood testing, review, and meaningful progress over time. If you choose to pay monthly for Core or Plus, these payments are instalments of the full annual membership rather than a rolling month-to-month subscription.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you join if you enrol as a consumer. After this period, Core and Plus memberships are a 12-month commitment. If you decide to leave early, an early termination fee equivalent to three months’ payments applies (or the remaining balance if fewer than three months remain). This reflects the clinical preparation, administration, and reserved services included within your membership. Foundation membership is a rolling monthly membership. You can cancel at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial months.
If deeper work is needed, we can discuss whether additional sessions or a structured programme would be more appropriate.
While much of my work focuses on women’s energy, hormones and metabolic health, the Collective may also suit men who align with this structured, data-led approach. If unsure, a brief conversation before joining is advised.
