About Nourish to Soar
Nourish to Soar is operated by Claire Thomas, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, rCNHC), NLP Practitioner, and CQC registered Phlebotomist. Services are delivered in accordance with professional standards set by BANT, CNHC, and applicable UK law.
Scope of Services
Nourish to Soar provides:
•Nutritional therapy consultations and personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans
•Functional and nutritional blood testing (phlebotomy services)
•Health and wellbeing programmes (1:1 and group based) •
Online courses and digital resources
•Educational workshops, talks, and webinars
All services are intended to support general health, wellbeing, and lifestyle optimisation. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Nutritional Therapy Disclaimer
Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach to health and works alongside, not in place of, conventional medical care.
•Claire Thomas does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.
•Any recommendations provided are designed to support the body nutritionally and holistically.
•You should continue to work with your GP or medical consultant for diagnosis, medication, and medical treatment.
•Results vary between individuals, and no outcomes can be guaranteed.
Where appropriate, and with your consent, your GP is informed of relevant findings, particularly in relation to blood test results.
Phlebotomy and Blood Testing Services
Phlebotomy services are provided by Claire Thomas as a CQC-registered phlebotomist.
•Blood samples are collected for laboratory analysis and interpreted within the scope of nutritional therapy.
•Blood testing does not constitute medical diagnosis.
•Results are shared with Peninsula Private Medical Ltd and with your GP where required or appropriate.
•Abnormal or concerning results will require referral back to your GP or medical professional, and nutritional therapy support may be paused pending medical review.
Appointment and Safety Conditions
•You are responsible for following any pre-test instructions (e.g. fasting, hydration).
•You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, medications, or previous adverse reactions to blood draws. •Minor side effects such as bruising, light-headedness, or failed venepuncture can occur. Appropriate aftercare advice will be provided.
•We reserve the right to decline or stop a blood draw if it is clinically unsafe to proceed.
Mobile and In-Clinic Appointments
•For home or mobile phlebotomy appointments, you must ensure a safe, clean, and suitable environment.
•We reserve the right to decline to proceed if conditions are unsafe.
Refunds
Once a blood test has been taken or ordered, no refunds are available for the test or associated interpretation time.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Nourish to Soar, you agree to:
•Provide accurate and complete health information, including medical diagnoses, medications, and supplements
•Inform Claire Thomas promptly of any adverse reactions or concerns
•Seek clarification if any recommendation or plan is unclear
•Take responsibility for implementing recommendations and decisions relating to your health
Payments and Pricing
•All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
•Payment is required in full, or via an agreed payment plan, prior to commencement of services.
•Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK)
This section applies to consumers purchasing services or digital content online.
Services
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel services purchased online.

Where you request that a consultation or service begins within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that performance of the service will begin immediately. •If you cancel after the service has started, you agree to pay for the proportion of the service already provided.
Digital Content
For digital products (including the 30-Day Energy Reset):
•By purchasing and requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to supply beginning immediately.
•You acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access has been provided. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty or not supplied.
Refunds and Cancellations
Online Courses and Digital Products
•The 30-Day Energy Reset is a non-refundable digital product due to immediate access to course materials.
•This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty or not supplied.
Personalised Nutrition Programmes and 1:1 Services
•Personalised nutrition plans, programmes, consultations, and coaching services are non refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
•If a programme is cancelled by the client before completion, fees for work completed and preparatory time remain payable.
•Any discretionary refund for unused sessions is at the sole discretion of Nourish to Soar.
Appointments
•A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule consultations.
•Late cancellations or non attendance may result in forfeiture of the session.
Results and Expectations
Nourish to Soar does not offer guaranteed outcomes.
•Testimonials and case examples reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.
•Your progress depends on many factors, including personal circumstances, health history, consistency, and engagement.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
•All client information is handled confidentially and in line with UK GDPR.
•We process health information (special category data) as necessary to provide services.
•Personal and health data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering services.
•Data may be shared with third parties only where legally required or with your consent (e.g. GP correspondence, laboratory providers).

Intellectual Property
