About me

I’m Claire Thomas, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, NLP Practitioner, Phlebotomist and former Nurse with over 20 years experience in healthcare.

I know what it’s like to feel utterly drained, pushing through the day while wondering if I’d ever feel like myself again. I’ve been there, physically exhausted, emotionally worn down, and carrying the pressure to keep going for everyone else.  

That’s why I now support ambitious individuals like you to increase their energy levels using evidence-based nutrition, mindset coaching, and practical, sustainable tools that actually work.  

My own recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome taught me this: transformation doesn’t start with an overhaul, it starts with small, steady steps and strong foundations.  

And that’s exactly what this course will help you create. Let’s take that first step together.

The Winter Reset Retreat takes place at Waterloo Court Health & Wellbeing Hub, Waterloo Cross, Devon. You’ll receive full directions and parking information by email closer to the time.

Doors open at 8:45am for a prompt 9:00am start. We’ll wrap up at 12:00pm. You’re welcome to stay for a few minutes afterwards to chat or ask any questions.

This retreat is designed for women who want to feel more energised, balanced, and in control of their health, but without pressure or overwhelm. Whether you’re just starting to think about your wellbeing or already on your journey, you’re very welcome here.

I'm happy to cater for dietary needs, just let me know at the time of booking or by email at least 7 days in advance, and I'll make sure you’re looked after.

Tickets are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and preparation begins in advance. However, if you're unable to attend, your 30-Day Energy Reset Course access will still be valid, and we may be able to transfer your booking to a future retreat if we have enough notice. Please get in touch as early as possible if something changes.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your place to a future retreat date.
