 Join Nicky McGill, an experienced personal trainer, and Claire Thomas, an expert nutritionist, in our 8-week group programme designed specifically for those who are exhausted yet motivated for change. Over eight weeks, we’ll guide you through simple, sustainable steps to reclaim your energy and vitality.

✨Weekly Zoom calls starting on Wednesday 9th October at 7.30pm, where you'll join Nicky, Claire and your fellow participants for interactive sessions where we’ll discuss that week’s focus, share experiences, and troubleshoot challenges.

About Nicky

I'm Nicky McGill and I have a degree in Sports Science as well as being a qualified Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral specialist (working with clients with chronic medical conditions).

I am working towards becoming a counsellor and brings empathy and kindness to all she does. I believe the most rewarding part of my role is helping people discover everyday movement to enhance their quality of life. I took up running over forty years ago and still have a passion for it now. I have years of experience leading running groups from couch to 5k to training for a marathon.

I’m Claire Thomas, and I'm a registered nutritionist and NLP coach who empowers ambitious women to increase their energy and achieve their dreams without exhaustion and burnout. I specialise in exhaustion, fatigue and fatigue-related chronic illness.
