Fatigue can affect far more than your energy. It can make work, family life, and the things you enjoy feel harder to manage. You may be doing your best to keep going while wondering why you feel this way and what might help. You may have read countless articles, tried different approaches and heard lots of well-meaning advice. With so much information to take in, it can be hard to know what applies to you or where to begin.
This is where I come in.
Through personalised nutrition, lifestyle support, mindset work and blood testing where appropriate, I help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and explore practical steps to support your energy and resilience.
How I work
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. I do believe in:
⭐Being properly heard
⭐Exploring what may be influencing how you feel
⭐Using relevant evidence-based information alongside your lived experience
⭐Finding clear, practical steps that fit real life
My aim is to help you feel more informed about your health and supported as you decide what to focus on.
Why this work is personal
I lived with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from 2012 to 2018. I know how frustrating it can be to feel capable and have things you want to do, while your energy and health make them harder to manage.
My own experience led me to explore nutrition, mindset, lifestyle changes and my Christian faith as part of my recovery. It also led me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist and build Nourish to Soar. Everyone’s experience is different. I bring my personal understanding alongside my professional training and experience, so you have space to talk through what’s happening for you and consider your next steps.
