⭐ 4 x 45-minute follow-up sessions over 12 weeks, giving us time to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, tweak your plan, and support sustainable change.
⭐ A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan - Clear, realistic actions to support your energy levels, resilience, and wider wellbeing.
⭐ Behaviour change and mindset support - Because knowing what to do is only part of the picture, we’ll also look at what helps you follow through.
